If you are not registered for your tenant portal and need to make a maintenance request, you will need to email repairs@koblackhills.com. This is maintenance’s direct email address. In any maintenance request emails to send, please give your contact information, your rental address, pictures if needed and describe the maintenance issue.
If this is an after-hours emergency such as flood, gas leak, no heat in the winter, etc. call 605-269-9290.
The after-hours contact number should only be called after 5pm each day Monday through Friday and during the weekends and holidays. If you are trying to reach someone during normal business hours concerning an emergency, please submit a maintenance request online and send a text message to 605-939-8408.
